Charitable Event Rebate Program

We are often contacted with requests to support charitable events. To make this easier, we have created a Mail-in Rebate program.

The rebate is available for purchases of Mad Housewife wine that are used at fundraisers and for charitable events. Eligible products include Mad Housewife Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and White Zinfandel.

Please send your request to Jane Davis. Once approved, she will send you the rebate form.
